EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE/PRODUCT
TRUTH: I was skeptical ordering such a large amount of product online.
REALITY: Pleasantly surprised when received high quality product at discounted rate. (I would have paid much more in home state.)
ISSUES:
Even when there were issues with the second shipment (i.e. broken items during transport), company stood by product and made the situation right.

Couldn't believe they were veneers because they looked so good. We purchased these rock veneers for our new construction because I saw them on a co-workers home. I couldn't believe they were veneers because they looked so good.
The owner of the masonry company asked for their company name due to the price vs real stone. We had it shipped to Connecticut and my husband picked it up at a freight company in Cheshire Ct. It's been 2 years and they look just as good as the first day we put them up.

Large orders twice---never any disappointment. Look no further for the best prices and customer service anywhere in the USA.
We've placed large orders twice - never any disappointment. Compared to the prices for similar products in our area, they are less than half the cost, even with shipping.
Our stones were delivered well packed and right on time - the quality and colors were exactly what we wanted for our new home - both the exterior and our fireplaces. Place an order with confidence - the only regret you'll have is that you didn't contact them
sooner.

Exceptional from a customer service standpoint
The team has been exceptional from a customer service standpoint to provide advice and get things delivered where I need it, neatly packaged to limit damage.
One thing I appreciate above all is that they mix and match the tones of the rocks on each palette. So when I put them on the wall, I don't have to do it. Time saver. Not all suppliers do that. I definitely recommend.
