RockSolid Veneers' Return Policy

At RockSolid Veneers, we are committed to ensuring the quality and consistency of our stone veneer products. Most of our sales are made to order for each customer at our manufacturing facility in Dunn, NC, and we provide sample kits to offer accurate representations of our products, giving customers confidence during the buying process. We offer a limited return policy for eligible products, as outlined below.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must have ordered an official RockSolid Veneers sample kit of the exact color of the product being returned prior to placing the final order.
- The customer must have the sample kit in hand and provide proof of purchase of the sample kit at the time of the return request.
- The stone from the final order must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- 100% of the product must be returned; partial returns are not accepted. No refund will be issued for any partial returns.
- Products that have been installed and removed cannot be returned, as installation indicates acceptance of the product.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as RockSolid Veneers is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@rocksolidveneers.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details, proof of purchase of the final order, proof of purchase of the sample kit, and a photo of the sample kit in hand.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds may take time to appear in your account due to processing, and RockSolid Veneers cannot guarantee the exact timing of refund posting.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns:
- Sample orders.
- Any custom color or custom-order products (any product not listed on the website).
- Any products for which a sample kit of the exact color was not ordered and provided with proof of purchase at the time of the return request.
Sample Kit Requirement
We require customers to obtain an official RockSolid Veneers sample kit of the exact color before placing their final order to qualify for a return. Sample kits are provided to give accurate color representations of our made-to-order products, ensuring confidence in your purchase decision. Customers must have the sample kit in hand and provide proof of purchase of the sample kit to initiate a return. Photos posted on our website are minimally tweaked to ensure that they match, as closely as possible, the colors and textures as perceived by the naked human eye. However, variations in lighting, image quality, or screen displays may still occur. Returns will not be accepted if a sample kit of the exact color was not ordered or if the sample kit and its proof of purchase are not provided.
Order Cancellations
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed, as 99% of our products are made to order at a manufacturing facility for each particular customer. This process begins immediately upon order placement, so we encourage customers to take care in making their selections before committing to an order. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return, subject to the return policy above.
Estimating Your Project Needs
We can assist with estimating the amount of stone veneer needed for your project based on provided details (e.g., dimensions, surface types, layout). However:
- Estimates are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for ordering the correct quantity. We recommend consulting with your contractor or installer and verifying on-site measurements.
- RockSolid Veneers is not liable for errors in quantity ordered.
