Shipping via FedEx LTL

• Orders under 2800 square ft (or 25,700 lbs) ship via Fedex LTL. Once Fedex picks up your order at our warehouse, there is typically a 2-5 business day transit time (depending on your location). FedEx will deliver at your jobsite with a boxtruck (or tractor trailer depending on availability) equipped with a liftgate and pallet jack.
• A delivery appointment comes standard with your shipment, which means you can choose the time of day you want your stone delivered. Once the order ships, you will receive either a call or text message from FedEx to select a 2-hour window for that delivery. Signature is required upon delivery.
• Up to 3% damage may occur during a FedEx shipment. If you do not plan on using any broken pieces (easily accomplished with a simple cut), you will need to compensate by ordering 2% extra for your material.
• Breakage beyond 3% will be covered by RockSolid Veneers. Contact us with your photos and your story, and we will ensure your situation is made right.

Shipping via dedicated truckload

• For orders above 2800 square ft (or 25,700 lbs), your material may need to ship via a dedicated flatbed truck.
• You will need to provide a forklift (or skidsteer with forks) at the jobsite to unload, or we can make arrangements to rent a forklift in your area and have it delivered to your jobsite (subject to availability) for an extra charge.

Packaging

• Stone is shipped on 40” x 48” pallets, packaged on cardboard layers (at roughly 12 square ft per layer).
• Each pallet is wrapped in a tight-fitting, 6 MIL heat-shrink blanket that ensures your stone remains safe during shipment.
• A full pallet (17 layers/204 square ft) weighs approximately 1700-1900 lbs, depending on the style.
• If your order does not fill up a complete pallet(s), some of your material will be packaged on partial pallets.
